Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By clicking "Pay" or completing any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Buyer Terms of Purchase.

1. Digital Content Purchase Agreement

When you purchase digital content through Linksy, you are entering into a direct transaction with the content creator ("Seller"). Linksy acts as a platform facilitating this transaction and is not the seller of the content.

By completing a purchase, you agree to receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may affect your right to cancel under consumer protection laws.

2. Payment & Fees

2.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

2.2 Fee Structure

The price you pay includes:

The content price set by the creator
Platform service fee (7% of the transaction, covers payment processing)

Important: The platform service fee and Stripe processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable under any circumstances, including approved refund requests.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

You have NOT accessed, downloaded, or revealed the purchased content
Your request is made within the creator's refund window (typically 15-30 days from purchase)
The creator's refund policy permits refunds

3.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are NOT available if:

Content has been accessed: Once you click "Reveal & Download" or access the content in any way, the purchase becomes final
Refund window has expired: Requests made after the creator's refund period will be denied
Creator's policy: Some creators may not offer refunds for their content

3.3 Refund Amounts

If a refund is approved: You will receive a refund of the content price minus all non-refundable fees: the platform service fee (7%) and the Stripe processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30).

Example: On a $20 purchase, if refunded, you would receive approximately $17.72 (after platform fee and processing fee deductions).

3.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Refund requests are reviewed within 48-72 hours. You will receive an email notification with the decision.

4. Content Access & Delivery

4.1 Immediate Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased content. A unique download link will be provided via email and on the confirmation page.

4.2 Download Window

Your download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the link will expire. We recommend downloading your content promptly after purchase.

4.3 Content Verification

Before revealing and downloading content, you can preview the content description, file types, and sizes. Once you click "Reveal & Download," you confirm that you want to access the content and understand that this action is final and non-reversible for refund purposes.

4.4 File Safety

Important: Linksy does not scan uploaded files for malware, viruses, or other harmful content. All files are provided directly by independent sellers. We recommend scanning all downloaded files with antivirus software before opening, particularly archive files (.zip, .rar) and executables. Linksy is not liable for any harm resulting from downloaded content.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage buyers to use our refund request process before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company.

Warning: Filing a chargeback after accessing digital content may be considered fraudulent. We maintain detailed logs of content access and will provide evidence to payment processors in the event of a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.

6. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase content, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own purposes. Unless otherwise specified by the creator:

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the content
You may not claim ownership or authorship of the content
The creator retains all intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

Linksy acts as a platform connecting buyers with content creators. We do not guarantee:

The quality, accuracy, or suitability of any content
That content will meet your expectations or requirements
Uninterrupted access to the platform or content
That uploaded files are free from malware, viruses, or harmful code

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific content in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Content is uploaded by independent sellers. Linksy does not endorse or verify any seller or their files. You download and use purchased content at your own risk.

8. Privacy & Data

Your purchase and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase and deliver your content. Your email may be shared with the content creator for order fulfillment purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
