The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. One of these rights is the ability to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Good News: Linksy does not engage in the sale or sharing of personal information as defined by California law. Therefore, there is no need for you to opt out.

2. What "Sale" Means Under CCPA

  • Providing data to advertisers for payment
  • Exchanging data with data brokers

Linksy does NONE of these activities.

We only share your personal information with third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:

Secure file storage for digital content (infrastructure)

Transactional email delivery (receipts, notifications)

These service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and only use it to provide services to us.
